A Case of Malignant Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis

Abstract
|
|
|
We experienced a case of malignant focal segmental glomerulosclerosis in 8-year old male patient who presented with nephrotic syndrome, non-selective proteinuria, hypercholesterolemia, hypertension and with histological finding of focal segmental glomerulosclerosis. This patient went into renal failure within 3 years of clinical onset.
We report the case with brief review of literatures.
